I have always been naturally inclined toward growing businesses, whether it's within a multinational organisation, a scaling venture, supporting small entrepreneurs, or building my slow fashion brand.

With over 20 years of experience in international business and having lived on 3 continents, I have gained valuable insights and perspectives. On many business occasions, I noticed something vital was missing: the human element.
I've seen disengaged employees, frustrated managers, let-down customers, and overall decision-making often driven by profit and shareholder value.

This has motivated me to work towards fundamentally bettering the way we do business and changing how we think about success.
